Kay was an absolute dream of a server, her customer service was exceptional and she went above and beyond to make sure we were well accommodated. The service was very fast and the food was amazing. It was my first time here and I am extremely pleased. Will be returning again.
Ruby was fantastic in facilitating a lovely brunch with my parents. She was friendly, efficient, and thorough in taking our orders, including when we changed our minds a few times. Despite the bustling atmosphere (during the holiday season, no less!) we never felt rushed at all. The portion sizes of the food were also quite good. I got the spinach florentine crepes with home fries and needed a takeout container to bring leftovers home! My husband got the spinach mushroom eggs benedict, and left feeling satisfied and full. Highly recommend the Steeles Ave W location. Both the food and staff will definitely keep me coming back for more.
My mom and I tried Stacked for the first time & it was more than we expected. Our server was Angelina and she went above and beyond for our first time, constantly checking up on us and providing great recommendations. The place is super clean with a modern/vintage aesthetic. The food itself was high quality and the portions were SO MUCH bigger than expected (might wanna go there on a VERY empty stomach). 11/10. Would definitely go again. Thanks Angelina!!
First time to this franchise and I think it was very good. The services good and the restaurant is clean. I ordered the strawberry and Nutella pancakes and boy got good bang for the bucks. Had a hard time finishing the meal cause it was good big portions.
To be frank the food is pretty underwhelming. We had the Mexican Omelette and Southwest Steak Hash. The whole plate is covered in homestyle fries whereas the advertised toppings are scarce. Like literally one scoop of guac and one scoop of the advertised toppings. Steak was under seasoned. Although where the food lacks in flavour or value, is made up by the service. Our server in particular, Ruby made sure to take care of us and all of our needs. Others who came past the table were open to help at all times as well. And coffee refills!! Big plus. Will probably be back but to try something else
Not only is the food always a big hit but the servers are always so sweet! I truly appreciate how attentive and nice they are. I came here for a belated birthday brunch with my dad and they brought out a birthday pancake for me which was so thoughtful and sweet! I can’t recommend Stacked enough; especially this location!!
Portion sizes in North America are truly astonishing—one pancake was more than enough for the two of us! The taste, however, was excellent—light, airy, and wonderfully springy, with plenty of fillings. Their homemade strawberry jam was a bit underwhelming, so I wouldn’t recommend it. The savoury breakfast options were just as impressive, and the coffee comes with free refills, which is always a bonus. The staff were friendly and professional, clearly well-trained to uphold the chain’s high standards. This breakfast chain consistently delivers reliable quality and great value for money. Highly recommended!
Stacked never lets you down. The food is always fresh and fast to order. Great portion sizes. The pancakes are amazing, really great to share with the whole table.
